Lori Nowak joined Boston Ballet in 1980 and danced professionally as a soloist for 14 years. Lori also competed at the first New York International Ballet Competition and was the silver medal recipient, Lori also toured extensively with Rudolf Nureyev in his production of Don Quixote.

Lisa Rizzone began her training in classical ballet with the Robin Adair School of Dance before continuing her study with the Boston Ballet and American Ballet Theatre in New York City. While in Boston and New York City, she had the privilege to receive instruction from Ms. Sydney Leonard, Mr. Michael Maule, Mme. Pereyslavic, and the late Maestro Vincenzo Celli. Some ballets which Miss Lisa performed in are The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Countess Maritza, and various workshops, both independently as well as in a pas de deux. Miss Lisa has taught for 10 years and enjoys passing on to her students the art of ballet dancing.

Both Lori and Lisa offer modifications and help you improve on technique throughout their Ballet classes where you experience the barre exercises, center work and some jumps and turns.
